Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property  Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches Monitor access of entryways and exit points  Conduct preventive surveillance rounds   Point of contact with authorities and emergency services Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance.  Qualifications to become a Security Guard at The Pas Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard License Customer service oriented Must be able to work nights Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
