What does a Security Guard in Brantford do?

Ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property 

Monitoring CCTV- Video surveillance

Conducting preventive surveillance rounds  

Removing trespassers and vagrants

Providing First Aid when necessary 

Point of contact with authorities and emergency services 

Completing incident reports

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Brantford

A valid security guard license and first aid card 

A minimum of 1 year of security experience

Valid First Aid and CPR with AED Certificate

Ability to complete all company and site training including Use of Force

Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.

Strong report writing skills.

A diploma or certificate in police foundations or security would be considered an asset.
