ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor CCTV live feed from climate controlled guard station. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft presence of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrence. Call police or fire department in cases of emergence such as fire or presence of unauthorized person.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent. Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently. Ability to work overnight shift.
