SUMMARY
To provide the protection of people and property at Andersen facilities by conducting patrols, utilizing security-related technology and tools, checking in/out trucks, and responding to emergency situations, and other general security functions as directed by site leadership or Security Supervisor/Manager. Adheres to Company and Department policies and procedures when responding to and supporting various situations 24/7.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.Knowledgeable about physical security technology, follow security processes and have knowledge of computers and computer systems.Able to meet Fleet requirements required to drive a company vehicle.Strong written and verbal communication and focused on providing strong customer service.Able to work independently with minimal direction.NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the physical security industry and/or operations center environment.First aid and CPR certified or able to achieve first aid and CPR certification upon being hired.Ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds and carry 50 pounds or more.Able to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time daily.CULTURE AND BENEFITS:

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
