Sunday: 1300-1900 Monday: 1400-2100 Saturday: 1400-2200

Position 2

Sunday: 1300-1900 Monday: 1400-2100 Saturday: 1400-2200

Responsibility for Tactical Security Guard

Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor at all times while being vigilant Stay alert and aware of the environment and potential risks Prevent theft and shoplifting by monitoring store activities and staff Patrol the store and focus on high-risk areas like the checkout and exits Identify and address threatening, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviors Prevent grab-and-run incidents with quick action and vigilance Call 911 when necessary to address emergency situations

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on maintaining a positive experience for customers Excellent interpersonal, computer, and telephone skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Previous tactical experience is a strong asset and will be highly valued Clean criminal background check Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can assist in obtaining this) Standard First Aid Level ‘C’ is an asset
