General Summary
Facilitates learning and development for security personnel, clinical staff and other personnel on a variety of security and security related programs. Leads and maintains assigned programs and courses. Continually assesses learning needs and evaluates impact of learning outcomes. Develops curriculum, presentations, and lesson plans for basic and annual training. Works with the Organizational Learning and Development Instructional Design team as needed in the assessment and development of new learning solutions, as the subject matter expert when appropriate.

Supervises, trains/orients staff, evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Maintains System educational/training records.Qualifications
