The Contract Security Manager will possess full authority to act on all contract matters and will lead the project management team to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in security and quality management and team building and who is adept at interacting with government personnel and ensuring compliance with various regulations and standards.

Acts with full authority on all contract matters. On-site during the Government's regular working hours and available within one hour after regular hours. Primary location at Bangor Building 1200, with responsibilities for visiting other sites. Available to meet with Government representatives within one hour of notification. Ensures performance objectives and standards are met according to the Quality Management System (QMS). Provides technical and management direction for personnel working under the contract.   Organizes, directs, and manages operational support functions, involving complex project tasks.   Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.  Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format  Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and provides deliverable items.
