Your new role

 

You will be an important part of the Security & Service department, where you will work closely with your management colleagues to develop and supervise your team of 13 employees. The team’s primary responsibilities include emergency plans, securing Lundbeck and staffing the Main Gate and Reception, which is the hub for all various service tasks, resulting in a workday filled with diverse and varied responsibilities. Security interfaces with nearly all parts of Lundbeck and operates 24/7.

 

You will have overall responsibility for the team, combined with an extensive degree of freedom to make a positive difference for both customers and employees. Your success will be measured by ensuring a secure, safe, inclusive mental working environment, enabling employees to be their full selves, and of course, the results of the work performed by your team and the satisfaction level among your internal customers. In other words, you will lead a skilled team, develop, and implement operational strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Your job enables others to focus on what they are good at.

As the manager of Lundbeck’s Security team, you will be part of a dynamic workplace with a firm focus on development and innovation. You will be part of a strong community with a passion for service.

 

Main tasks:

 

Manage and coordinate the team’s daily activities.

Plan and coordinate shift schedules.

Implement and optimize work processes to increase job satisfaction and efficiency.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through close collaboration and communication.

Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.

The Security team is a part of the Security and Service department under the business area Facilities and HS&E.

We are located in Valby, Copenhagen.

What you bring to the team

 

You have good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You are service-minded and take pride in delivering high quality and satisfaction to both customers and employees. You possess good communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the organization. You are solutions-oriented and can handle several tasks simultaneously without losing focus. Additionally, you are adaptable and willing to take on additional service tasks over time.

 

Also, you have:

 

You have a broad background in the management of Security services, preferably with experience from a larger company or the Security and Service industry.

You have demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs. You have experience with and knowledge of relevant software.

You are familiar with regulations and security standards.

You are familiar with access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.

You have training or experience in emergency response and crisis management.

You are fluent in both Danish and English, as our skilled colleagues and internal customers come from various nationalities.
