**What you'll bring to the team** **Location:** Thorpe Park, **Hours:** Full time, part time, weekends & holidays **Contract Type:** Seasonal, until November 2025 Our security team play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests and staff have a safe and enjoyable day out at Thorpe Park. We promote a diverse culture and our security officers must be role models in exceptional guest service and professionalism. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct bag checks and personal searches + Patrol the resort being vigilant for any threats to the safety of the park. + Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner + Work closely with the on – site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response situations. + Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis. + Be prepared to work alongside Surrey Police in a proactive operation and on the park to reduce anti social behaviour across the park. **Qualifications & Experience** + MUST have SIA licence to apply + Must be over the age of 18 + Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to provide the best outcome. + Crowd management skills are essential. + Remain flexible in relation to working hours. + Be approachable and confident Show us you’re **guest obsessed** by being **positive** and **helpful** .
