About the role:

The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is currently looking for a Security Officer who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating a memorable guest experience. The Security Officer is part of a diverse and dynamic team which provides award-winning service to our valued guests. This position reports to the Security Manager.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.

What you will do:

Patrol guest and employee areas to prevent unauthorized access.Perform static post duties, including access control and intruder holding.Operate fire and life safety equipment and respond to emergencies.Identify and report safety and security concerns immediately.Be proficient in Security Office procedures; assist with Front and Back Jetty activities.Provide First Aid and CPR if & when needed.Assist the department head with CCTV programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Provide warm, enthusiastic service to guests and colleagues, following the Golden Rule.

What you bring:

Good English, math, and psychometric abilitiesO Levels or an equivalent qualification1 year of experience in a similar positionAptitude for upward mobilityAbility to swim and good physical fitnessKnowledge of CCTV software & how to operate it
