As Security Officer, you will maintain the operational parameters of the Security department, administer the Company’s protection and loss prevention philosophies and support the training and development of the Security Department Staff by observation, instruction, and coaching.

You will report to the Chief Security Officer.

Level: 2.5 stripes Officer Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Security Office in verifying that all training requirements are met and documented Through the Chief Security Officer, direct the day-to-day operation of the Security division Plan and organize Security activities, workloads and performance standards, operational policies and procedures Build and develop working relations Represent Disney Cruise Line® in security matters and investigations Conduct security investigations and preparation of relevant reports Liaise and cooperate with shore side law enforcement and security agencies, through the Staff Captain Basic Qualifications: Relevant investigative skills 2+ years’ Police or Military experience in investigative rolesFluent written and spoken English Enthusiasm about guiding other team members Additional Information:

This is a SHIPBOARD role.
