Typical Security Officer Objectives:

Maintain a safe environment by patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access  Investigate suspicious behavior, security breaches, and incidents  Patrol site premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure overall site security Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests Ensure Safety through monitoring computer systems and CCTV Operate X-ray equipment and metal detectors to screen personnel, packages, and belongings for prohibited items

Position Requirements: 

18 years of age or older   Security experience High School Diploma or GED Required   Standard computer / technology skills needed  Professional verbal / written communication skills  Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus  Customer service background preferred   Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift  Some experience with access control procedures, including X-ray and metal detector operation Valid State ID required for site access Ability to work flexible shifts and days, including overtime when required (12-hour shifts possible) Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and direction from supervisors Mobile Patrol: A valid driver's license (clean MVR) is preferred as mobile patrol duties may be assigned
