Responsible for fostering a fun environmentResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersResponsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored eventsServe as the on-duty EMT qualified Security Officer to provide emergency medical care such as first aid, AED, and CPR as necessary.Acting as liaison between EMS, fire and law enforcement agencies responding to requests for assistance;Provides comfort and reassurance to ill or injured guests, treats and administers first aidProvide security on assigned casino or landing area: maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazardsPatrol of parking lotsProvide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and creditOversee customer boarding and disembarking: provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for cameras, bottles and other items not allowed on Casino floorProvide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etcProvide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessaryAssist with slot dropsObserve hard count crew doing the slot drop and transports tokens to hard count roomProvide assistance for table drop by providing drop boxes, observing the count, and securing drop boxes in soft count roomMonitor all entry and exit from hard count, soft count, and vault, and maintains logs of these activitiesServe as dispatcherDispatch other officers to various assignments and maintains activity log sheetsWatch and record monitorsWrite detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedureTestify in court on behalf of state gaming boardsOccasionally, strenuous physical activity is requiredMeet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirementsMeet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policiesKeep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litterPerform all job duties in a safe and responsible mannerAny reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel BRING US YOUR BEST.
