Position Summary

The Security Officer assists Security Supervisor in ensuring the safety and assets of customers and the company. The Officer provides a high standard of customer service to guests and of supports to all departments as required. The Officer is responsible for monitoring any theft or illegal activities within or around the property and providing safety against law violators.

Primary Responsibility SOT’s duty are mainly focusing in tackle undesirable and responding to in progress crime cases (e.g. intercept suspects) Guard property against theft, fire, vandalism and illegal entry to casino in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Patrol gaming areas as assigned and use of the relevant security system appropriately. Good Physical Condition to trace, intercept and control undesirable/suspects. Have sense of determine threat with fast response and reporting mindset, to escort and protect Diamond tier and VIP guests. Under military or disciplinary force training. Young and Strong Build, able to run with fire fighting equipment during the emergency. When necessary, warn violators of rule infractions such as under aged entry to casinos, smoking, carrying forbidden articles and etc. Watchfully observe any undesired activities of guests within or around the gaming floor and keep Supervisors informed when appropriately.  Requirements Primary school graduated or equivalent Over 21 years old. Physically fit and healthy. Must be available to perform shift duty. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
