Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs of internal and external guests and provides fast, flawless, and friendly/helpful service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. Does everything in her/his power to defuse conflicts and confrontations and handles all guest interactions respectfully.
Enforces company security/safety regulations. Guards transfer of money from Jackpot Booth to Main Cage. Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel. Represents company and its property to ensure all Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and internal controls are adhered to at all times. Supports slot operations and casino cashiering, soft count, and food and beverage related to securing cash assets, and operates motorized vehicle, i.e. company van. Position is located in a cigarette and cigar smoke filled environment.
Requirements:
High school. Interpersonal and communication skills. Physically able to stand and walk for long periods of time regardless if this position is needed indoors or outdoors. Position may be outdoors regardless of weather conditions. Public relations and casino security experience desirable. Must have a valid driver’s license ID.
Is able to work in smoke filled environment and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
