Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Security Officers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As Security Officer team member, you will work under the Security Manager, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, in accordance with Arkansas Gaming Commission and applicable operational standards. What will you do?Enforce rules and regulations of the local gaming commissionAdhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresReport any incidents, following all departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and report any procedural violations and illegal activityFill out departmental log forms, verifying all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of shiftsProcess guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and communicate with guests sensitively and with careOperate a motor vehicle when necessary
