EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred Previous law enforcement background preferred Two years experience in hospitality, working in a high volume restaurant/bar/club preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21+ years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Possession of/or ability to possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card, and Nevada Gaming Registration card. Literacy and fluency in English Report writing skills Computer literacy preferred Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue. Must be able to work in small areas for extended periods of time throughout shift. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time throughout shift. Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs. Be observant and quick to respond to various situations. Must be able to read the computer monitors. Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs. Must be flexible on shifts and days off. Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays. Work hours will vary.
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment. This position requires at background check and hair test drug screening.
