We are seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide assistance to and ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff. You will also play a crucial role in protecting the property of Youngminds and performing various other essential functions as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None Required CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Driver's License upon hire and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI Training) within 3 months and Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) or Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification (AHA) within 30 days. Responds to stats, disasters and codes following policies and procedures. * Monitors and responds to access controls, panic alarms, fire computer and alarms, intercoms and CCTV monitors. * Acknowledges incoming Security calls or alarms and dispatches Security officers to the appropriate locations. * Maintains and enhances their knowledge and capabilities during emergency and non-emergency situations, performing multiple duties rapidly, calmly, and effectively to achieve the responses needed. * Keeps abreast on all call disasters and security policies. * Contacts appropriate personnel for all codes, disasters and stats.
