The **Security Operations Manager** position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. **Security Operations Manager Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree (Business / Management/ or related field) and/or five years of experience in a corporate security, military, or law enforcement position. + Five years of well documented managerial experience in one or more of the following areas: security operations, service planning, service development or related operational field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. + Educational exceptions may be considered based on professional experience. + Professional certifications preferred (CPO, CPP, CSMP, PSP, etc.). + Experience with responding to Security-related audits a plus.. + Ability to train and develop employees. + Computer literacy. + Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency event orcrisis. All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check As a Security Operations Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
