Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – is seeking a skilled and proven Technology Manager, Vice President to coordinate hiring, training and development of people in the Security Operations space. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with 15 years of experience managing technical teams, and managing complex technical projects in a large global corporate environment. The candidate will also be required to develop and refine efficient processes and tactics to track and manage the periodic progress of the people in their organization.

What you will be responsible for
 

Day to day team management of India based security professionals as part of a larger follow the sun support model.Leading or participation in Security operations team projects as assignedEnsuring adherence with the regulatory requirements of each technology tower under managementCollaborating within a global Security Engineering and Operations matrixed management organizationEnsure the timely training compliance of all direct and indirect reportsRecruiting new talent in alignment with the maintenance and growth of teamSetting employee goals in alignment with the greater organizationPerforming periodic employee reviews in a matrixed organizationEscalating communications where appropriate

Education & Preferred Qualifications
 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.10+ years proven related experience in people management, technical project and or program management.
