**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Implement, configure, and maintain Zscaler services, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Cloud Security Services (ZCSS).
+ Monitor security events and incidents, investigate potential security breaches, and take appropriate remediation actions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance security practices and policies.
+ Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management for cloud applications and services.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding security best practices.
+ Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, particularly related to Zscaler and cloud security.
+ Document security processes, incident response protocols, and system configurations.
+ Participate in security audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role with a focus on cloud security.
+ Proven expertise in Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZCSS) and related security frameworks.
+ Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
+ Experience with incident response and security monitoring tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
