Description - This will be more of an analyst-level role and this individual will grow in the role. They will start out more on an analyst level versus having any ownership and overtime grow into the role and take on more responsibilities (or a project coordinator with some cyber background ) - Candidate has some exposure in cybersecurity, ideally starting off as an analyst than transitioned to a project management/ coordinator or program analyst role - Will support OT as a project and the other towers as a program (IAM, Cloud, Network etc.) The key responsibilities will include: - Updating status and accomplishments in ServiceNow (the company's reporting tool) use it for reporting and updating status - Coordinating with various teams and towers (such as application security and IAM) as a project manager (monthly reporting on their projects and how they are tracking) - Handling administrative tasks like invoices and identifying any double-charging issues - Not managing project budgets but finance management (details on an invoice, notice if a vendor is double charging, etc.) - The role will be supporting the security team specifically, but will involve cross-functional coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES • Create Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in the SAP system (MM, LE) and in Ariba BuyWise systems. • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of Information Security vendors and service providers in SAP and Ariba. • Assist in planning, initiating, and managing OT (Manufacturing plant) cybersecurity projects under the guidance of the OT security Manager. • Support the Cybersecurity staff and facilitate communication between business teams and technical aspects of cybersecurity projects. • Coordinate and maintain documentation related to information security, including preparing monthly metrics, status reports for leadership, SOW, contracts, and MSAs, as well as tracking multiple project data and updates in ServiceNow. • Collaborate with various IT teams including PMO, legal, finance, communications, and other cross-functional teams to support Information Security program objectives. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
