As a SECURITY Project Manager (located in Nysa, PL) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing Building Security Systems projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting customer requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions, reporting directly to our local Project Management Leader.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee SECURITY SYSTEMS projects (incl. CCTV, Intrusion and Access Control) from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, design phase, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are metMonitor project progress, internal and external reporting and make necessary adjustments to ensure project successCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency

Key skills and qualifications

At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in project management, on site within Integrator or General Contractor structureGreat understanding of building installations (SECURITY, LV, FIRE) and related building equipmentConstruction license will be a significant added valueStrong leadership and team management skillsUnderstanding of HSE and Quality regulations to meet Honeywell and Customer’s requirementsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent English and Polish communicationAbility to work on the daily basis with PM tools (including MS project)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Prince 2 (desired, but not required)
