What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL. The candidate will perform program security duties supporting a large program.

As the Security Representative Senior / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-All aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD 5205 Series, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NIPSOM), the NISPOM Overprint, ICD 705, and others as applicable

-Program briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.

Basic Qualifications:
• This position requires applicants to have an active Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years
• Candidate must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
• Special Access Program (SAP) / Industrial Security experience.
• Basic computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and personnel security clearances.
• Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
• Experience in Building and Maintaining tracking spreadsheets/databases.
• Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with security clearances, JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance.
• Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
