Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Review Operations Analyst to support the rapid growth of our AppExchange Ecosystem—the leading enterprise cloud marketplace. As part of our Product organization, the Operations team ensures seamless processes for our partners (Independent Software Vendors, or ISVs) as they onboard, undergo security reviews, and distribute solutions on the AppExchange.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our ISVs succeed by managing operational workflows, analyzing key issues, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience. If you’re passionate about driving operational excellence and partner success, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Execute and refine core operational workflows to deliver a seamless partner experience, including submission validation, compliance checks, and troubleshooting.

Ensure ISVs provide fully configured, end-to-end test environments for security review by validating credentials, reviewing offerings, analyzing packages, and assessing documentation.

Proactively engage with ISVs to address missing or incomplete information, ensuring their solutions are prepared for security testing.

Partner Engagement & Support

Manage high volumes of partner inquiries regarding app submissions, security review status, and Salesforce processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to ISVs, helping them navigate and utilize available security tools, resources, and documentation.

Act as an escalation point for complex partner issues, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Security Assurance) to resolve root causes effectively.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Identify, monitor, and analyze operational metrics to detect pipeline anomalies and improve efficiency.

Provide regular feedback on trends in partner support cases, escalations, and security review submissions to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address marketplace issues and ensure a trusted AppExchange experience.

Serve as a backup for regional operations when necessary, ensuring consistent partner support globally.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth environment.

A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to evolving challenges.

Strong customer and partner focus, with a passion for helping others succeed.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, building strong relationships with colleagues and partners.

Resilience and professionalism under pressure, with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Comfort learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.

Knowledge of AI technologies, software development lifecycles, and secure coding practices.
