Security Sales Specialist, Mandiant Consulting, Retention and Expansion
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space. + Experience selling to clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field. + Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Preferred qualifications: + Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion. + Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex business-cycles. + Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close complex goals. + Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and cybersecurity. + Ability in negotiation, problem-solving, presentation and excellent communication skills. As a Security Sales Specialist, you will help grow cybersecurity business by building and expanding relationships with customers. You will work with customers to deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of key business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply impact. You will uphold and grow a team culture. You will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform Sales teams to grow the security businesses and drive the overall value for Google Cloud Platform. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $116,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Drive pipeline, manage renewal cycles, and expand the customer base, promoting security products and solutions to new groups inside existing customer organizations while delivering or exceeding against quarterly business and growth goals. + Develop engagement and experience for customers and prospects, building scalable and reference-able campaigns and testimonials alongside the Program Management team to maximize your territory. + Maintain and grow relationships with customers, actively influencing long-term direction and establish as a trusted advisor. + Serve as the subject matter expert to the Field organization and cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and improving product and market knowledge and skills.
