Wed Thu 0000-0800 Fri-Sun 1600-0000Sat & Sun 0800-1600 Mon-Wed 1600-0000

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.  Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Required Intermediate computer / technology skills neededMust be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guestsMust be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethicMust have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communicationConflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plusCustomer service backgroundLeadership experience preferred

The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
