Security Site Supervisor – Data Centre – Norway

 

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Security Site Supervisor to join them on a Data Centre Project in Norway.

 

Responsibilities

 

Oversee Site Security Operations Manage and supervise all security personnel on-site, ensuring that security protocols are followed, and the construction site remains secure from unauthorized access or potential threats. Monitor Access Control Implement and enforce strict access control measures for all personnel, visitors, and contractors, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry into sensitive areas, such as server rooms or equipment storage. Conduct Security Inspections Regularly inspect the site for potential security risks or breaches, including surveillance equipment, fencing, gates, and lighting, ensuring everything is operational and up to security standards. Incident Response and Reporting Respond quickly to security incidents or emergencies, such as unauthorized access or theft, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all incidents, including follow-up actions taken. Coordinate with Construction and Safety Teams Work closely with construction, fire safety, and other relevant teams to ensure that security protocols are integrated into the overall project management and that safety measures are aligned with security requirements. Training and Supervision of Security Staff Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they are aware of the latest security procedures, site-specific risks, and emergency protocols. Monitor their performance to maintain high security standards on-site.

 

Requirements

 

Minimum 2+ years experience in Similar role

Must have 2+ years experience in installation of security systems

Must have EU Passport or RTW in Norway
