Job Overview Serves as the PM TAS security specialist with responsibility of ensuring the Program Management Office is in compliance with all security and OPSEC requirements. Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Works to ensure compliance with all required security policies. Works closely with JPEO G2 office on personnel security requirements. Works with the 151-building manager to ensure all physical security measures are in place and that all other personnel comply. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on program security and OPSEC requirements. Serves as an advisor to project leads. Takes ownership of all security related program documents such as Security Classification Guides and/Program Protection Plans. Works with travel administrators to ensure personnel are following OCONUS training requirements to include the area of responsibility briefings and personnel recovery. Work on constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Takes ownership of all security related program documents such as Security Classification Guides and/Program Protection Plans. Works to ensure compliance with all required security policies. Works closely with office on personnel security requirements to include foreign disclosure reviews, and visitor tracking. Works closely with Army and other entities on Foreign Disclosure reviews and concurrence. Works with travel administrators to ensure personnel are following OCONUS training requirements to include Area of Responsibility briefings and personnel recovery. SIPRnet Steward for SIPR room. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: High School graduate or equivalent. Five (5) years combined experience and/or education directly related to Program Management Office security policies and procedures supporting government or industry. U.S. Citizen with the ability to hold/maintain a security clearance. Excellent communication skills, oral or written.
