Security Specialist

Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., BlackDuck Hub, Tenable, Nessus, NMAP, Anchore). Strong understanding of secure protocols (TLS/DTLS/SSH), encryption methodologies, and cipher management. Proven ability to conduct threat and risk analysis (using frameworks like MITRE, STRIDE). Experience in security hardening and secure DevOps practices. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Experience in organizing teams, establishing priorities, and leading IT- & Business-related security projects. Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment and with demonstrated track record for completing work in a timely and organized fashion. Able to facilitate good stakeholder management in business or IT projects is a must, including outstanding written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Security certifications such as eJPT, CHEE, CPHE, CEH, GPEN, or OSCP. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell. Familiarity with industry standards like NIST frameworks and cloud compliance (SOC, ISO). Hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-cloud security testing environments.

Stay updated on cloud, infrastructure, and security trends, including emerging tools and technologies. Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate DFSEC and SVM principles into product development. Work with other experts in the Product Security to ensure that the Design for Security methodologies and Vulnerability Management processes remain updated and effective. Present security improvements and capabilities to internal stakeholders. Create communication material of Nokia’s container security approaches to internal and external audiences.
