Security Specialist II
UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
As a Product Security Specialist reporting into the Security Experience Team, your goal is to help customers and internal employees with both security issues related to the UKG Pro product and general IT Security issues. About the Role: Working from a case queue, you will proactively reach out to customers and internal employees to raise their awareness to security related events, feature, and configurations. Additionally, you will react to customer and employee Security questions and observations related to the use of our products and daily operations.
• Partner with various internal stakeholders in working to facilitate, isolate, qualify, resolve, or provide security solutions for problems reported by customers.
• Provide outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise, with thorough and timely response.
• Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge related to customer configurations and product use for various products and services UKG delivers on.
• Document technical escalations intended to be sent to other teams to ensures a smooth transition of issues when issues are beyond your ability to resolve.
• Initiate Personal development and traceable efforts made to expand self-development in the Cyber Security field.
• Resolve cases through Salesforce for various security-related issues, fraud reports, password issues, etc.
• Troubleshoot HCM platform security issues with use of logs, SQL table queries and other internal tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as SOC, cloud engineering, IAM teams, etc. for information and action required for case resolution.
• Follow team talk tracks related to sensitive and delicate conversations
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT support

Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve
