Security Supervisor Company: COLAS RAIL EGYPT BRANCH Location: Egypt Country: Egypt Type of Contract: Temporary / Fixed term Publication Date: May 6, 2025 Main Responsibilities Report to Line 1 project Director. - Manage security manpower on ground, control them & inspect them. - Act as the focal person between Line 1 Security Department and security provider companies. - Communicate any security instruction to security manpower on ground. - Direct security manpower to implement our security operative procedure. - Conduct on job Training for security manpower and teach them how to apply SOP on ground. - Monitor security manpower performance and appearance, and report any issue to security provider - Follow up status of security solutions and report any dysfunction. - Submit “Daily Shift report” concerning attendance, Lights, Fence...etc. - Ensure documentation in all security logbooks and ensure compliance with our recording standard. - Follow attendance of outsourced security manpower on ground and report it to Colas Rail security department for recording. - Follow up sites updates & Organize security manpower deployment as per work activities. - Report any security breach or incidents on ground. - Conduct investigation report in case of any incident. - Collect any required data concerning legal process or regulations. - Intervene to assist expats and local employees in case of emergency or accident. - Perform any other duties as requested from Line 1 project Director.
