$24.50 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

Operating Season:

Assist with supervision of seasonal Security team including administration, training/mentoringExhibit excellent guest services skills to support park safety and security goalsSupport departments during security incidentsPatrol park property and provide assistance to guestsIssue trespass notices as required by situationsParticipate in site-specific fire and safety training and monitoring (sprinkler and fire alarm systems) Other department duties as required

Non-Operating Season:

Train, mentor and lead non-operating season park patrol staff as requiredFirst response to first aid calls off hours, responsible for departmental associate injury claimsMonitor and respond to security and/or environmental alarmsMonitor Health & Safety programs and report violations of safety policyAssist with other duties as required

Qualifications:You!Previous experience in Senior Security at Canada’s Wonderland, or equivalent experienceGraduates from a post secondary Law Enforcement program is an assetCandidates that possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license, driver’s license (with a clean abstract) and First Aid/CPR certificatesIndividuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills and able to deal with stressful situationsCandidates with supervisory experience is an assetIndividuals that are able to present a professional manner and positive attitudeApplicants that can provide their own CSA approved steel toed black bootsCandidates that are available to work a variety of rotating shifts, including midnights, on weekends and holidays
