Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a skilled and motivated Urgent Response Supervisor to oversee critical response operations and ensure our clients receive exceptional security services across a region of various states. Role:As an Urgent Response Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing on-site security support as a guard, supervising other team members at job sites, managing vehicle patrols, and addressing immediate client and operational needs. The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, patrol supervision, and training security officers. Key Responsibilities: -Hiring Guards -Training Guards -Scheduling Urgent job sites -Guard Management/Supervision -Client Relationship management -Covering Urgent Posts -Respond promptly to urgent security needs, ensuring in-person coverage by trained officers. -Prepare detailed reports of incidents, patrol activities, and response actions. -Maintain readiness to adapt to dynamic situations and emergencies.
