We are pleased to invite internal employees to apply for the Security Supervisor position within our Health & Education business unit. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual to provide leadership and support to our Security Officers, ensuring the effective and compliant delivery of security services within our healthcare environment. 

This is a full-time secondment position for 3 months. You must be available to work a rotating roster of Day/Night and Afternoon shifts with Sunday & Monday rostered days off.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor Security Officers, ensuring adherence to operating procedures and service specifications Manage rostering, payroll, and equipment for the Security stream Address complaints and issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer service Support staff training and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards Promote Zero Harm initiatives and ensure safety in all operations

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Cert II in Security (mandatory) Current SA Security License, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR (mandatory) At least 3 years of experience in a security role within a healthcare environment Leadership and team management experience Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Security Management Systems) Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a customer-focused approach
