Security Training Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct site surveys, manage scheduling, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless training execution Oversee the provision of language translation services, including sourcing and managing interpreters as required. Organize and supervise all logistical aspects of training events, from planning through execution, ensuring all resources are in place Coordinate scheduling and logistical aspects of training events, ensuring all elements are organized and resources are allocated efficiently
Act as the primary point of contact for training participants, instructors, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving any issues Maintain comprehensive records of training schedules, participant attendance, and logistical arrangements to ensure transparency and accountability

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years related experience MS office proficiency English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check 

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is based in an office and field work environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however extended hours may be required.
