We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Seeclub Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will be in charge of the Food & Beverage operations of the Seeclub ensuring highest service quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiencesMonitor the preparation of station assignments, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business.Monitor and assist Host in greeting and escorting guests to their tables.Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and colleagues.Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
