Seeds Customer Service Specialist Romania & Moldova

Role purpose

Managing professionally, efficiently, and timely the extended O2C process (order taking and processing, delivery to customers, return management, distributors complaint handling, cooperation in AR management)

Accountabilities

Manage orders of the assigned sales areas for Romania and Moldova, place orders in SAP and follow up on deliveries with the logistic providers.Manage the entire flow of documents and information regarding export of goods to Moldova for MD orders.Ensure efficient inventory management process thru regular stock reconciliations with service provider.Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing.Manage FOC goods process (marketing demo, trial, commercial FOC etc.).Manage the information flow with clients for expected availabilities/ problems/ derogations.Provide pro-actively support to internal stakeholders for all information regarding deliveries, inventory.Contracts and documents management - provide all documents required to clients e.g. invoices, delivery notes, quality certificates etc.Contributing to the rebate process management in cooperation with the colleagues, maintaining rebate calculations per customer and system update – ERP (SAP etc.). Contribute to the updates of order automation tool (Distributor Portal, etc)Ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints in the relevant tools according to rules.

Qualifications
Relevant working experience in departments like customer service / sales; 1 to 3 yearsPreferably in the Seed Business/Crop Protection businessRelevant experience with ERP3 systems / SAP and Microsoft officeBachelor’s degreeRelevant knowledge of Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles, Production, ProcessesExperience to build relationship with customers, suppliers, service providersEffective organizational skills and time managementFluency in English language (verbal as well as in writing)Focus on continuous improvementProven ability to deliver promises under tight timelinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAble to cope with pressure and conflicting demands
