Position Summary:

Our contractor development program – Seek Now University – empowers you to take on any type of inspection we offer. You’ll have access to professional certifications and skills development while also working with our contractor development team, 40% of which are prior service veterans.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Ability and willingness to access and inspect steep and/or high roofsLift, carry, and set up ladders and other equipment up to 100 poundsSketch and measure roof and/or room componentsScope the area of different sized and shaped roofs, rooms, and other inspection areasPerform accurate, impartial, and complete roof inspections, which includes but is not limited to identification of roof age, leaks, deterioration, hail damage, wind damage, and previous repairs Perform accurate and high-quality home and commercial property inspectionsTravel to perform inspections in areas hit by weather catastrophes when needed, which includes assignments averaging two (2) to six (6) weeks at a timeMaintain professional and safety standards as required Ability to take assignments on short notice and complete all aspects of job assignments as defined Represent our Core Values: Self-Starter, Visionary & Strategic, Lead with HumilityStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills (Exactly what YOU have been trained for)

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:

Skilled in both verbal and written communicationAbility to use a laptop and a smartphone, which includes navigating between applications, entering data, and using Microsoft Office productsAbility to earn HAAG Certification within first year Ability to submit complete, quality reports on timeSkilled in customer serviceSkilled in organization and prioritizationAbility to be a self-starter and a quick learnerPreferred experience in construction or roofing (Civil Engineer MOS or 3E AFSC)

Work Environment:
