Position Description:

Seeking a seasoned Java Architect with expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Apache Kafka, Spring Boot, and Cloud-native microservices architecture. Should lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, cloud-deployable microservices, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.
 Design and develop microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
 Define architectural blueprints, patterns, and standards for scalable, high-availability systems.
 Lead the migration of monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
 Guide cross-functional teams in implementing technical solutions.
 Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define system requirements.
 Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high transaction volumes.
 Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
 Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
 Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and confluence
