Advanced Display Materials Segment Manager – Display Technologies (DuPont Electronics & Industrial)

DuPont Electronics & Industrial is seeking a dynamic and strategic ADM Segment Manager to drive the growth of our global Display Technologies business. In this role, you will lead product development, market strategy, and business expansion by closely collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities

Lead global product development – Drive short- to mid-term (0-3 years) growth across the display portfolio.Define market strategy – Analyze market trends, customer needs, and key performance indicators to shape product roadmaps.Develop & launch new products – Oversee R&D project prioritization, commercialization (PCF process), and seamless transition to manufacturing.Voice of Customer (VoC) – Gather insights, identify new opportunities, and align ADM’s offerings with customer roadmaps.Strategic cost & supply management – Optimize product cost, capacity planning, and raw material sourcing.Cross-functional leadership – Collaborate across Sales, R&D, IP, and Supply Chain to execute business strategies effectively.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing6+ years of experience in Display Technologies (Marketing & Sales, R&D, or Engineering)Strong understanding of market trends, financial management (P&L experience a plus), and product commercializationProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projectsFluent in English & Korean with excellent communication skillsWillingness to travel locally and globally

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
