Job Description Responsible for formulating and executing integrated, strategically-focused marketing plans to drive demand in order to achieve revenue and market segment penetration goals, across prospective and current clients, for an assigned business unit, in alignment with the corporate brand strategy.

Experience in executing with and through partnering with internal stakeholders and teams. Proficiency in briefing, critiquing and providing direction to agencies on various elements of communication development and activation Strong understanding of Brand Management, Brand activation, and Channel marketing with breadth in Customer marketing, Brand Development, Product and Market Research interactionProven experience in developing programs and business cases through to launchCommercial acumen and experience working in a cross-functional team with holistic P&L responsibilityExperience managing direct reports, and/or fulfilling coaching and mentoring roles for others Strong project management skills, with experience in developing marketing mixes Good understanding of all aspects of consumer insight, including monitoring brand health, measuring comms effectiveness, innovation insights and evaluation, and sales performance monitoringAbility to make things happen at the fast pace of Telco, from early signals, trends to product in market.
