Responsibilities Own the go to market strategy for assigned markets and products Work with Sales and Channel Partners to drive revenue through customer-facing activities, innovative solutions and strong technical support Work with Sales to ensure appropriate channels management / go to market selling strategy is implemented Work in partnership with Marcom and the Creative team to develop content and materials for successful sales initiatives, including technical and selling literature, web content, social media content, trade show properties, etc. Participate in Regional Steering Team Meetings for the specific segment, with GST participation as requested Keep a real-time pulse on market conditions, competitive activities, industry and technology trends, market size and share, as well as market growth rates, through market research and data analysis. Communicate market conditions to appropriate organizational stakeholders (sales, product development, etc.) Own the local execution of the new product launch plan as it applies to the segment Develop and implement growth strategies and strong demand creating activities Provide guidance to Operations for demand planning and forecasting activities Develop innovative training materials and conduct training both internally and externally Ensure the sales team develops and maintains appropriate product expert and application knowledge Measure success of strategy implementation through KPIs and adjust implementation tactics as needed Collaborate with Sales, CX, Customer Service, Service, Operations and Logistics to ensure alignment of activities Determine key Marketing collateral investment within assigned budget Own associated regional product and market we pages to ensure appropriate content Manage annual and special pricing process Qualifications Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline In absence of a bachelor's degree: demonstrated exposure to relevant subject matter through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of relevant subject matter. Education Preferred: MBA In absence of MBA: demonstrated exposure to high level business management fundamentals through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of marketing, product development, and business management. #LI-GM1
