Segment Marketing Manager for Youth Cultures

Job Description This role will be a key support role for the Win The Youth Program housed under the Masterbrand Convergent Segment Strategy Team of Marketing.

Leads student outreach & engagement efforts, managing a network of student freelancers, volunteers, and interns.

Oversees the execution of student engagement activities integrated into WTY campaigns.

Ensures a thriving community of young changemakers, building pathways for students to contribute to WTY’s mission.

Supports program KPIs by ensuring consistent & meaningful engagement with student organizations.

HARD SKILLS

- Student Agency, Freelancer & Volunteer Workforce Management → Builds and runs a structured recruitment, onboarding, and task delegation system for student freelancers, volunteers, and interns engaging in WTY campaigns.

- Scalable Engagement Infrastructure → Develops playbooks, guidelines, and execution toolkits to streamline how students represent Globe in campus activations, content creation, and org outreach.

- End-to-End Student Execution Leadership → Ensures volunteers and freelancers are deployed efficiently across ambassadorship programs, student org engagement, mentorship, and campus events.

- Performance & Motivation Systems → Creates progressive incentives, recognition programs, and feedback loops to keep student teams engaged and high-performing.

- Digital & On-Ground Integration → Designs and oversees a seamless student-driven execution model that blends on-ground activations, community engagement, and social content under WTY campaigns.

- Insight Generation & Feedback Loops → Implements a structured system for collecting student insights, feedback, and impact measurement from WTY student engagement efforts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design customer engagement campaigns and programs aligned to customer and business objectives - Create project plans with the detailed mechanics, desired customer experience and success metrics

Drive the launch and management of the designed campaigns and programs - Oversee the delivery of the campaigns/programs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met

Develop and deliver direct-to-customer communications - Set the branding guidelines and tone to be used in crafting relevant and compelling messages for maximum customer engagement

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional partners and enablers - Foster team collaboration and facilitate effective communication in aligning and engaging all relevant stakeholders (analytics, operations, creatives, technical and customer experience teams) around the campaign/program launch plans and shared objectives

Conduct campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements - Drive the analysis to surface opportunities for continuous improvement and to manifest ideas into viable new campaigns/programs or iterations of existing campaigns/programs
