Job Description

This position (together with the SEH analyst) provides environmental support to the site.  Individual is accountable for: supporting SEH activities at his/her location(s);  ensuring documents are available.  Position is responsible for: support site ISO certifications; reporting of SEH metrics; being conducted at any time according to Danfoss Ethics and Values.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

Support and promotes zero incident SEH culture throughout site. Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key SEH operational controls are in place. Support and facilitates SEH engagement through SEH teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.  Support some SEH processes (Gembas, audits, Environmental documentation) Support on the risk assessment process to determine environmental impacts and aspects Support and implement operational controls to avoid environmental risk Support all environmental and safety initiatives and campaigns Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Active student in Environmental Engineering or similar. Knowledge in Environmental basis as Management systems (ISO14001:2015) Bilingual English/Spanish Basic Knowledge of Mexican environmental, health and safety regulatory laws  Sense of urgency Proactive and organized.
