The Seismic Enablement Manager will report to the Global Institutional Head of Distribution Enablement. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of Seismic, which is the distribution and client enablement platform that Global Institutional Business sales, client service, product and marketing teams use to drive sales & service delivery.
The Seismic Enablement Manager will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that Seismic is aligned with the business objectives and meets the needs of the end users. The Seismic Enablement Manager will also oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the content and data that are uploaded and maintained on Seismic.
Responsibilities:
Work with Head of Distribution Enablement to create a governance model within Seismic to ensure optimized experience for the Global Institutional distribution & client service teams which includes the tagging system and the document expiration system.
Build and maintain a reporting model in Seismic to track content being used, sellers using the tool, and other to be determined metrics to create better experience and efficiencies.
Hold content contributors accountable to putting in content in a timely basis and taking out content that isn’t being used.
Review and maintain the sales content library and tools, ensuring it is current, relevant, prescriptive, actionable, and easily consumed through the best and most appropriate technology.
Partner with key stakeholders globally in marketing, proposal management, product and compliance to ensure sellers understand how to use the sales tools within Seismic like Live Docs, Digital Sales Rooms, Live Send to create more efficiency in their sales process.
Partner with Regional Head of Sales, Sales support team and marketing to take sales pieces they are creating and bring to life through Seismic (ie playbook).
Collaborate closely with Learning and Development to help with training of Seismic to sales teams when onboarding or ongoing training.
Work with Compliance to create and maintain a better compliance approval system efficient for sales, compliance and marketing.
Work with appropriate Seismic resources (Solution Architects, Consultants, Support & Service delivery teams and Professional Services) to support Global Institutional’s Seismic instance relaunch and ongoing development.
Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for Seismic usage, governance, and administration.
Provide training, support, and guidance to Seismic users and content owners across the global institutional business.
Monitor and analyze Seismic usage, adoption, and feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with the global institutional marketing team to ensure that Seismic content is consistent, relevant, and compliant with the brand and regulatory standards.
Manage the Seismic vendor relationship and escalate and resolve any issues or requests.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Seismic and other distribution and client enablement platforms and evaluate & implement new features and functionalities as appropriate.
Key Requirements :
Experience in managing the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Seismic platform, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and security.
Ability to provide technical support and guidance to internal and external users of Seismic, troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and escalating problems as needed.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining best practices, standards, and documentation for Seismic usage, content management, governance, and reporting.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to understand the business needs, objectives, and challenges of various teams and stakeholders across the organization, and design and implement effective Seismic solutions that align with the overall sales enablement strategy.
Expertise in creating and delivering training and coaching sessions to educate and empower users on how to leverage Seismic to optimize their sales process and client interactions.
Analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to monitor and analyze Seismic usage, adoption, and feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and administering Seismic or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of the institutional asset management industry and the distribution and client enablement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other relevant tools and systems.
