Fine Arts Specialist, Full Time (Remote)
Who We Are
Enservio provides services that help adjusters and claims professionals solve one of the biggest issues in property insurance – quantifying and valuing what’s inside a policyholder’s home. We minimize back and forth with our customer by providing them the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process.
The Role
Enservio is looking for an Fine Arts Specialist to appraise fine and decorative art. You would primarily research the retail replacement value of items for insurance purposes. Many assignments require the Specialist to reach out directly to the policyholder or policyholder's designer to obtain additional details regarding their artwork. You will often need to work with incomplete information (for example, no photos or no original brand/vendor details) to provide a fair approximation of value based on what is known including collector habits, most commonly seen in the marketplace, etc. You must be confident in your research and willing to defend your findings if called into question. No prior insurance experience is required, but you will need to gain an understanding of the insurance claims process and become well versed in our SaaS platform, Contents Express, to effectively serve our customers. The role requires collaboration with your fellow Specialists and other individuals within the Enservio organization.
