THE JOB:

As a Welcome Ambassador, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests upon arrival, assist with entrance/ exit garage gates as appropriate and assist arriving/ departing guests with inquiriesContact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

At least six (6) months of customer service experienceStand for long periodsAbility to work in outside elements; such as hot and cold temperaturesHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentAt least 18 years of ageExperience working in a large, luxury resort setting
