The Self-Perform Work (SPW) Controller position is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of all SPW-related finances and cost\/productivity tracking for each SPW group within RQ in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This is achieved through close collaboration with each SPW group during the preconstruction and build phases of each project, and the preparation and maintenance of various financial records and analysis for each of those groups. \n
Our Self-Perform functions are concentrated on the East Coast. Therefore, this position will be assigned to work out of our satellite office in Jacksonville, FL. Remote work is acceptable, but in-office work will be required.\n
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\n\nA four-year degree in accounting or business finance is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training may be qualifying.\nFive or more years' accounting experience, including construction accounting experience, internal auditing, productivity measurement, and data analysis\/interpretation required.\nComputer literacy (Office 365, Internet, etc.)\nSpecific software literacy (Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Autodesk Cost Management)\n\n
