Seller Development Specialist/Coordinator

Seller Development & Engagement Program

Create specialized training and engagement programs for sellers through extensive research and competition scan. Develop trainings / activities for sales staff through intensive research and company process updates. Draft and create various modules for specific seller / sales staff needs Monitor seller/sales group progress and performance Determine and track training requests, schedules, and sales activities for the whole year Assist in the logistics of the set trainings / activities Seller Events Planning & Management

Training Collaterals and Needs

Prepare various training collaterals and materials Maintain training materials / collaterals checklist

Coordination with Sales Channels and other Departments

Coordinate with all concerning sales channels and departments Ensure proper communication in terms of training requests, venue reservations and seller invitations Keeps track of the calendar for the whole year

Reports and Administrative Functions

Create all-related reports for the Seller Development activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Education, Psychology or equivalent Preferably with at least 2 years experience in teaching, facilitating of learning, project/client presentations and/or events planning and management but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
